How does live location sharing work in a safety bundle?
When Halo is activated, your real-time location is shared with your Safety Circle. This ensures trusted contacts can see where you are during an emergency.

Do safety bundles require a subscription?
Halo includes a complimentary 12-month subscription for live location sharing through Alert Live. After that, you can renew to continue real-time connection features. Non-Halo products included in any bundle do not require a subscription.

What is Pebblebee’s return and refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

No. Pebblebee prioritizes your privacy. When you use our products with Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub networks, Pebblebee has no access to your location or tracking data. These networks are designed to operate with end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only you can view the location of your items, providing robust protection for your personal data.

How can I track my Pebblebee order?
Once your Pebblebee order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery from the 'Track Your Order' link on the bottom of the site. Will Pebblebee item finders work with my phone?
Yes! Pebblebee products work seamlessly with both Android and iOS. You can choose to connect your device to Apple Find My (for iOS) or Google’s Find Hub (for Android), giving you the flexibility to track your items no matter what phone you use. Please note: each device can be paired with one network at a time. To switch networks, a factory reset is required.
