Do the Bluetooth item finders come with charging cables?
Yes and no. Our latest item finders are designed to work with common charging standards, so we don’t include cables in the box. Clip 5 charges via USB-C, Card 5 uses wireless charging, and Tag Universal uses a small proprietary charging cable that is included in the box. You can use any compatible cable or wireless charger you already own.

Can my family split a tracker bundle across different phones?
Yes, each Pebblebee item finder can be reset and paired to a separate phone. Pebblebee makes this easier by supporting both Apple Find My and Google's Find Hub, so mixed iPhone-Android households can divide a bundle without compatibility headaches.

Does buying a bundle affect the warranty coverage?
No, item finders sold in Pebblebee bundles carry the same individual warranty as single units. Pebblebee backs every device in its bundles with that full warranty and responsive US-based support, giving peace of mind at scale.

What is Pebblebee’s return and refund policy?

These networks are designed to operate with end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only you can view the location of your items, providing robust protection for your personal data.

How can I track my Pebblebee order?
Once your Pebblebee order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery from the 'Track Your Order' link on the bottom of the site. Yes! Pebblebee products work seamlessly with both Android and iOS. You can choose to connect your device to Apple Find My (for iOS) or Google’s Find Hub (for Android), giving you the flexibility to track your items no matter what phone you use. Please note: each device can be paired with one network at a time. To switch networks, a factory reset is required.
